摘要
共性技术对于科研水平的提升、产业的转型升级均起着关键的作用,该文分析了中国共性技术创新体系建设现状和存在的问题,在对发达国家的经验借鉴的基础上,提出了中国当前共性技术研发平台建设和运营机制建议。
Common technology plays a significant role in improving technology R＆D level and industry upgrading. This article analyzes the status and main problems of the construction of common technology system in China, introduces the experience from the developed counties, and puts forward some advices on the construction of R＆D platfbrm and operation mechanism of common technology.
