科技园功能定位与资源供给差异关联性的案例比较研究 被引量:3

The Research on Cross-case of Resource Supply Differences Based on Different Functional Science Parks

摘要 通过文献综述并对台湾新竹科技园和北京中关村科技园进行案例比较研究,讨论了两类不同功能定位的科技园区(综合功能型科技园区和基础研究型科技园区)所提供的资源差异,研究结果显示:第一,科技园区的功能差异会造成资源供给的差异性;第二,科技园均需为企业提供关键性资源支持,这些关键性资源包括高素质人才及创新研发网络、投融资环境、资金及政府的强力支持;第三,综合功能型科技园区能为进驻企业提供更为成熟的配套产业链条;第四,基础研究型科技园区更加倾向于为进驻企业提供网络性的资源及智力支持。同时,根据研究结论提出相应的政策建议,对科技园区自身定位及企业选取合适的科技园区有一定启发作用。 Through the literature review and researching on cross-case study of the Taiwan Hsin- chu Science Park and Beijing Zhong Guan-cun Science Park, this paper discusses Science Parks' two kinds of different functions( comprehensive functional Science Park and R&D Science Park) resources were provided, the results showed that: first, the difference between Science Park will cause different resource supply; second, Science Parks are required to provide critical resources support for the enterprises, these key resources include strong high-quality talent and innovation network, the investment and financing environment, financing and government support; third, the comprehensive functional Science Park is stationed in enterprises with more mature supporting industry chain; fourth, R&D Science Park more tend to provide resources and intellectual support network. At the same time, this paper also put forward the corresponding policy recommendations according to the conclusions and reference to the serf positioning and selection of enterprises and Science Parks.
