摘要 在数字资源开放环境下,科技创新不仅与科技资源的总量相关,还与科技资源的共享服务水平密切相关。在对数字资源开放与共享服务的关系进行研究综述分析的基础上,提出了基于科技贡献率的科技资源共享服务评价指标体系,并以农业科学数据共享中心的数字资源为例,运用相关的分析与测算方法对农业科学数据共享中心的科技资源共享服务效果进行了评价、测度和分析,并提出了改进科技资源共享服务效果的建议。 In digital open environment, Science innovation is not only reJated to the total amount of science and technical resource, but also closely related to the service level for data sharing. On analyzing the research review of the relationship of technological contributions rate and sharing service for technology resource, the paper put forward service evaluation index system of seientific and technical resources sharing based on contribution rate. And the paper took Agfidata's sharing service area for example. Based on the related method of analysis and calculation, the paper measured the efficiency of the service for data sharing in Agridata, and took analysis to obtain reference value of evaluation result. Then some suggestion for improving sharing service of scientific and technical resources is presented.
