行业特色型高校图情机构建立产业信息智库的思考

On the Industry Information Think Tank (IITT) Construction of Library and Intelligence Institutions of Universities with Industrial Characteristics

在产业亟需创新升级和高校图情机构面临转型发展的背景下,分析了行业特色型高校图情机构建立产业信息智库的必要性和可行性,结合"海事产业信息智库"的构建案例阐述了产业信息智库的建立思路,指出产业信息智库的构建一方面可为产业创新发展提供决策参考;另一方面有助于推动行业特色型高校图情机构寻求新的发展空间。

Under the background of industrial upgrading, transformation and development of Library and Intelligence Institutions, this paper studied the necessity and feasibility on the IITT＇s construction of library and intelligence institutions of universities with industrial characteristics. Furthermore, the process of establishing the IITT is described, taking the establishment of mafine industry information think tank as an example. Finally, the paper pointed out that the IITT could promote the industry＇s innovation and development, and help the library and intelligence institutions of universities with industrial characteristics seek a new development space.
