摘要
由于认同"焦点"的差异,组织中的个体对不同实体存在着相互联系的多元认同,对多元认同的研究已成为组织管理研究领域的热点。文章从多元认同的形成、分类、前因、结果、关系等方面对以往研究文献进行了整理和归纳,并在此基础上对未来的研究方向进行展望,指出学者们应该更加关注多元认同的组合和多元认同之间的协调与转化问题。
The individual in the organization may be of interrelated multiple identifications on different entities due to the differ-ences of the“focus”of identification. The study on multiple identifications is a hotspot in the field of organizational manage-ment. The paper sorts out and sums up the previous research literatures from the perspective of the formation, the classifica-tion,antecedent,the result and the relationship of multiple identifications. Based on the study,the paper prospects the direc-tions for the future research,and recommends that scholars should pay more attention to the combination of multiple identifica-tions and the coordination and transformation between them.
