对我国“体育强国”和“体育强国梦”的解读与思考

在对我国体育强国战略目标提出的历史背景进行回顾的基础上,对"体育大国"、"体育强国"和"中国体育梦"等概念和科学内涵进行了深入的分析和解读,并介绍了国际上有关"体育强国"内涵的一些约定俗成的共识。在此基础上,对我国提出的"由体育大国向体育强国迈进"的战略目标和如何实现"中国体育梦"提出了一些思考与看法。

By reviewing the background of proposing the strategic goal of building China into a sports power,an in - depth analysis was made on the concepts and scientific connotation of ＂major sports country＂ ,＂ sports power＂ and ＂ China sports dream＂ and in addition,some customized agreements on ＂ sports power＂ by international circle were introduced. Finally, some thinking and ideas were put forward on how to achieve the strategic goal of ＂ stepping from a major sports country to sports power＂ and ＂ China sports dream＂ .
