摘要
俄罗斯职业体育的发展在一系列法令出台下得以确立。俄政府将职业体育纳入市场经济活动的一部分,职业化的体育项目不仅提升了俄竞技体育成绩,也为经济的发展做出了贡献,同时还为大众提供了高品质的"体育服务"。法治成为俄罗斯治理职业体育的主要模式。刑法中规定操纵比赛行为的罪名设置,为俄打击职业体育犯罪活动奠定了法律依据,保障了俄罗斯职业体育持续快速、健康的发展。
With the issuance of a series of laws,the development of professional sports of Russia was established. Russian government has absorbed professional sports into market economy so that professional sports not only promoted athletic sports scores,made a contribution to the development of economy,at the same time,provided high quality“ sports service”for the mass. The rule of law is used as the main model of professional sports management. There are legislative provisions on professional sports crime in criminal law,which are to crack down sport crime and ensure rapid and orderly development of Russian professional sports.
