重庆市退役运动员转型方向的影响因素分析

Factors affecting transformation direction of Chongqing retired athletes

通过问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计、比较研究、逻辑分析等方法进行归纳、总结,分析了重庆退役运动员转型方向的影响因素。结果发现运动员自身素质、社会适应综合能力较低,运动员的培养模式和发展体系存在不足,关于退役运动员的保障政策不够完善;办好就业前的职业技能培训是目前重庆市解决退役运动员转型方向最有效的方法之一。

With the methods of questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, comparison and logical analysis,this paper summarizes and analyzes the factors that affect the transformation direction of Chongqing retired athletes. The results show that the quality and social adaptation ability of athletes are low. The athletes training model and development system have their own weaknesses. Moreover,the security policies of retired athletes are not perfect. Therefore,a good pre-employment vocational skills training is currently one of the most effective methods to solve the problem of transformation direction of Chongqing retired athletes.
