摘要
通过从发展历程、文化背景及管理体制3个方面的差异分析,研究认为,在发展历程上体现的是"历时态"与"倒时态"的差别;在文化背景上,执行的是"国家体育"与"公共体育"的理念;在管理体制上,秉承的是"国家权威"与"组织决定"的社会分配原则。中国竞技体育职业化进程,只有确立以"组织关系"为基本社会关系的管理体制,以"群众需求"为基本导向的发展方式,以"权责明确"为基本准则的项目运行机制才能更好地实现中国竞技体育职业化进程的"共时态"发展。
Based on the development history,cultural background and management system,it is thought that the difference of“ historical state”and“ reverse temporal”is reflected in the development history;the concepts of“national sport”and“public sports”are implemented in cultural background;in the management system,adhering to the social distribution principle of“authority of the state”and“ decided by the organization”. The professionalism of Chinese competitive sports can better achieve“synchronic”development only with the establishment of“organizational relationship”as the basic social relations,mass demand oriented management system,and operation mechanism with clearly defined rights and responsibilities.
