摘要
运用脑电地形图仪(NDC-2000)对15名国家优秀男子跆拳道运动员的脑机能特征进行研究。结果显示,α波指数被抑制程度(大脑唤醒水平)存在水平上的显著差异(国际健将为34.62±1.66%;健将为27.66±3.32%;一级为26.87±3.12%);我国男子跆拳道队高水平运动员的大脑功率谱比值在3左右;β波和θ波指数整体相对偏低;同时,对跆拳道运动员进行间歇性节律闪光刺激试验发现,国际健将组比其他两组更灵敏、更协调、更稳定且恢复疲劳时间更短。结论:脑电α波被抑制的程度、大脑功率谱能量比值以及α波、β频和θ波等指标均可作为男子跆拳道运动员训练监控指标,今后应加强不同水平的运动员α波指数被抑制程度和功率谱能量比值的匹配诊断,逐步提高运动员α波指数抑制的临界水平,提高运动员的注意能力和恢复能力。
By EEG testing( NDC - 2000),15 elite taekwondo athletes were analyzed,the results showed that the significant level of α wave index was found in different elite athletes (international grade:34. 62 ± 1. 66% ;national grade:27. 66 ± 3. 32% ;one grade:26. 87 ± 3. 12% );the ratio of brain power spectrum is about three;β wave and θ wave were lower;meanwhile,by using intermittent rhythm flash stimulation,it is suggested that international grade is more sensitive,coordinated and stable than other grades. Conclusion:α wave,β wave and wave can be see as the indicators for training monitor for taekwondo,this indicators should be strengthen in the future,and the critical level of α wave should be improved in future training in order to promote the attention ability and recovery capacity.
