摘要
本文简要介绍了我国养老保障体系的构成框架 ,以及有关替代率的制度和理论界定 。
This paper makes a brief introduction of the framework of social security for the old in China,and defines payment rate system and theories. Moreover,the paper discusses some problems involving pension payment rate.
