基于项目的协作知识建构课程内实践教学改革——以“人力资源管理”课程为例 被引量:8

摘要 协作知识建构是网络环境下新型的教学模式,基于项目的协作知识建构是协作知识建构的一种具体学习方式。文章以知识建构理论为依据,设计8个"基于课堂的、基于网络的、基于社会的教学实践"协作知识建构项目,并且以"设计一份有创意的招聘网站"为例,呈现了一个基于项目的协作知识建构学习的全过程。通过5个学期,12个班级的教学实践,提出该教学法由教学分析、情境创设、知识建构、绩效评估四个主要阶段组成,包括二维教学分析、三层情境创设、三重知识建构、多维度绩效评价反馈等关键环节。 Collaborative knowledge building is a new mode of teaching under the network environment, and the collaborative knowledge building which is based on the project is a concrete learning approach of collaborative knowledge construction. Based on the theory of knowledge construction, the paper designs eight "classroom-based, network-based, community-based teaching practice" collaborative knowledge building project. And takes "designing a creative recruitment website" for example, it presents the whole process of learning collaborative knowledge building based on the project. After five semesters period and teaching practice in twelve classes, the paper puts forward that the teaching method consists of four main phases such as the teaching analysis, context creation, knowledge building and performance evaluation, including key aspects like two-dimensional teaching analysis, three layers of situation creation, triple knowledge construction, multi-dimensional performance evaluation feedback and so on.
