在高校的专业课教学中,教书育人应该是一体的,但在实际教学过程中,教书得到了足够的重视,对育人的重视相对不足。事实上,教书育人是教师的职责。大学生处于人生的过渡期,需要指导和帮助。他们不仅有较强的可塑性,还有较强烈的自我发展诉求,需要被关注。对学生学习、工作和生活的关注是教书育人的核心内容,培养学生健全的人格、优秀的品质、良好的心理素质、持续学习的能力和自我发展的能力是教书育人的目标。

In teaching of specialized courses in universities , teaching and educating the students should be in-tegrated together , but in the actual teaching process , teaching has been paid enough attention , and the education been somewhat neglected .In fact, it is the duty of the teacher to teach and educate the students , who are in their transitional period of life , need guidance and help .They are very plastic and have a very intense demand of self-development and need to be concerned .The core content of teaching and education is to show great concern to the students ’ learning , work and life , the goal of teaching and education is to cultivate the students ’ sound personali-ty, excellent quality , good psychological quality , the ability of continuous learning capability and the self-develop-ment.
