摘要
从生命哲学视域解读高校瑜伽课程的健身育人价值,促进高校瑜伽课程教学评价的合理性、客观性、科学性,提升生命视域中的高校瑜伽课程之功效.从教学评价的主体、内容、方式和价值取向4个方面分析高校瑜伽课程学生学习效果.
From the perspective of life philosophy, this paper discusses the physical and educational values of college yoga course.To promote the rationality, objectivity, scientificness of college yoga, to promote the educa-tional functionality of college yoga in view of life philosophy, this paper discuss the characteristics of performance e-valuation of college yoga course from the aspects of evaluation agent, contents, method and value orientation.
