College student financing is a project of people’ s well-being, a major means of helping worse-off students finish their education, an important measure of maintaining the fairness of education and implementing ed-ucation of comprehensive development, as well as an important project in the talent education for nation construc-tion strategy.This paper discusses the educational functions of college student financing through analyzing its status quo.
