产业承接转移背景下的安徽失地农民权益保护问题研究

Research on the Rights and Interests Protection of Land-Lost Farmers under the Background of Undertaking Industrial Transfer in Anhui Province

随着产业承接转移战略的实施,安徽省工业化,城镇化的速度近年来明显加快,在这一过程中大量土地被征,出现大量失地农民,文章在分析农民失地途径的基础上探讨了失地农民的现状和失地农民权益受损的原因,进而对如何保护失地农民的权益提出了相应的建议。

With the implementation of undertaking industrial transfer in Anhui province,industrialization and urbanization have sped up in recent years,which results in large land expropriation and a large number of land-lost farmers. This paper analyzes the present situation of land-lost farmers and the cause of the damage of rights and interests based on the analysis of the ways of farmers’losing their land,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions on how to protect the rights and interests of land-lost farmers .
