农产品封闭供应链运作模式对供应链绩效的影响--以256家农业龙头企业为例

The Impact of the Operation Mode of Closed Supply Chain of Agricultural Products on the Supply Chain Performance——Taking 256 Leading Agricultural Enterprises as An Example

为了探索农产品封闭供应链运作模式对供应链绩效的影响,构建了供应链封闭化运行策略与供应链绩效影响的理论模型,并借助256家农业龙头企业的供应链调研数据,运用结构方程模型方法进行探究。结果表明,农产品封闭供应链的四种封闭化运行策略对供应链绩效具有显著的正向影响作用,封闭化运行策略的间接影响作用甚至不亚于直接的影响作用。间接作用主要是通过影响供应链契约和供应链协同来实现的,供应链契约和供应链协同是影响供应链绩效的重要中介,而封闭供应链的四种封闭化运行策略的实施会对供应链契约及供应链协同有影响作用。最后,对提高供应链绩效提出了相关对策建议。

In order to explore the impact of the operation mode of closed supply chain of agricultural products on the supply chain performance, the operation strategy of closed supply chain and theoretical mode of the per- formance impact of supply chain are constructed. The research data from 256 leading agricultural enterprises is used and the method of structural equation model is employed to conduct the research. The result shows that the four closed operation strategies of the closed supply chain of agricultmal products have remarkably positive influ- ence on the performance of supply chain and the indirect influence of the closed operation strategy is no less than the direct influence. The realization of indirect influence is mainly through affecting supply chain contract and supply - chain collaboration. Supply chain contract and supply- chain collaboration are important mediums and the implementation of four closed operation strategies of the closed supply chain will have an influence on supply chain contract and supply- chain collaboration. Finally, some relevant proposals and countermeasures about improving the l^erformance of supply chain are put forward.
