摘要
通过宏观检查、微观分析、硬度检查等手段分析了7CrMoVTiB10-10(T24)管子与13CrMo4-5扁钢拼排角焊缝出现横向裂纹的原因。分析结果表明,焊前预热、焊接应力和焊接工艺是引起焊缝出现横向裂纹的主要原因。
Through of macroscopic examination, microscopic metallographic and hardness test, show the reason that the transverse crack which in the fillet welding of the membrane with the tube and the plate that the material is 7CrMoVTiB10-10(T24) and 13CrMo4-5. The main cause of the transverse crack is preheating, welding stress and welding process.
