水分影响高硫煤低温氧化自燃特性参数实验研究 被引量:6

Experiment and Study of Impact for Characteristics of High-sulfur Coal Moisture Spontaneous Combustion of Low Temperature Oxidation

摘要 针对我国高硫煤层普遍存在自然发火期短、自燃特性参数不明确、自燃预测、预报难度大等难题,现场采集某高硫矿煤样,配制成不同含水量的水浸高硫煤混合煤样,采用XK型程序升温试验系统测试了高湿环境下煤样低温氧化过程中的耗氧速率、CO生成量、放热强度等煤自燃特性参数。 In view of the prevalence of high-sulfur coal layer short spontaneous combustion,spontaneous combustion parameters are not clear,spontaneous combustion and other problems forecasting difficult,collected at the scene of a high sulfur coal samples,preparation of high-sulfur coal with different moisture contents mixed coal flooding,the use of temperature-programmed test system XK type of coal samples were tested under low-temperature oxidation of oxygen consumption rate and humid environment,CO to produce laws,heat intensity of coal spontaneous combustion parameters.
