摘要
对2010-2013年贵州省煤矿重特大事故情况进行统计分析,结果显示贵州省煤与瓦斯突出事故在煤矿重特大事故中比例大,严重威胁贵州省煤矿的安全高效生产。分析其原因并结合贵州省煤矿的特点提出煤与瓦斯突出防突对策,并指出减少贵州煤矿煤与瓦斯突出的关键技术及需急待解决的问题。
According to statistics and analysis the mine serious accidents of Guizhou Province from 2010 to 2013,that showed gas outburst accident at a large proportion of serious accidents,it seriously threats to the safety and efficient production of coal mines in Guizhou Province.Combined analysis of the reasons and the characteristics of the provincial coal mine,proposed the governance countermeasures for coal and gas outburst,pointed to reduce coal and gas outburst of key technologies and the need for urgent problem.
