摘要 留小煤柱沿空巷道的掘进及支护参数选择是煤矿安全生产的重大难题,对矿井接续和稳产有重要意义。刘庄煤矿121302工作面风巷为留小煤柱沿空巷道,在其掘进过程中出现了前掘后坏、变形破坏严重的问题。从巷道围岩赋存特征、小煤柱沿空巷道应力特征和支护方案3个方面分析了巷道变形破坏严重的原因,采取了一系列巷道围岩治理优化关键技术,巷道维护效果明显好转,为该矿沿空掘巷的支护提供了指导,并为其他类似条件下巷道的维护提供一定的参考。 The drivage and support parameters selection of the gob-side entry with small coal pillar are the key problems in mine safety production.They are of great importance to ensure the stability and continuation of mine production.The 121302 return airway of Liuzhuang coal mine is gob-side entry with small coal pillar.The roadway appeared serious deformation failure when it drivaged.Three aspects were analyzed to look for the reason.Those are surrounding rock occurrence,stress characteristics and support scheme.A series of support optimization technology were used to improve the effect of support.The technology offered some guidance to roadway support in similar conditions.
