摘要
以成庄矿15#煤为例研究晋城矿区地质条件以及岩石的物理性质等特征,探讨在开采成庄矿15#煤时选用的支架类型。经过对晋城矿区的实地观测,并采集一定量的标本,通过利用简支梁、悬臂梁、固支梁等模型计算顶板、底板、采场围岩和瓦斯的条件来确定15#煤层开采时支架的选用。由此得出在开采晋煤成庄矿地区15#煤时,顶板分类不变,支架支护强度仍为1.73 MPa,可以选用1.75 m宽度的四柱支撑掩护式支架,此时支架合理工作阻力为13 000 kN,支架的初撑力为9 600 kN。
The Chengzhuang coal mine 15#coal as a case study of Jincheng mining area geological conditions and the physical properties of the rock characteristics in Chengzhuang coal mine of the bracket at the beginning of 15#coal types.Through field observation of Jincheng mining area,and a certain amount of samples,through the use of simply supported beam; cantilever beam; clamped beam models such as the calculation of roof,floor,stope wall rock and gas conditions to determine the selection of bracket of 15#coal bed mining.The resulting in coal-derived 15#coal mine area,the roof classification is changeless,bracket support strength is 1.73 MPa,still can choose four pillars support cover of 1.75 m width timbering,the reasonable support working resistance of 13 000 kN,bracket at the beginning of the setting load of 9 600 kN.
