摘要
采用微波联合碱液助剂的方法对一种高硫烟煤进行脱硫实验研究。通过XRD、SEM及FTIR等分析测试方法研究碱液辅助的微波脱硫方法对煤质的影响。结果表明,在所选实验条件下,碱液辅助的微波脱硫使煤样的脱硫率达到27.65%。煤样经微波脱硫作用后,灰分与挥发分略微下降,发热量有所升高。煤样中黏土矿物种类无变化,但相对含量下降。此外煤炭基质有机大分子无显著性变化,即微波在脱除硫分的同时对煤炭本身的性质无显著影响。
With a kind of high sulfur bituminous coal as research object,experimental study on precombustion desulfurization by microwave combined with alkali solution was carried out.The effects of microwave desulfurization method on coal properties were investigated by XRD,SEM and FTIR.The results indicated that sulfur can be removed by 27.65% effectively with alkali solution assisting microwave desulfurization method under the chosen experiment conditions.Simultaneously,ash content and volatile matter content decreased slightly while the calorific value increased faintly.The relative content of clay minerals in coal declined with constant species.In addition,coal matrix organic macromolecules have no significant changes,which means that microwave have no remarkable impact on coal own properties with good desulfurization performance.
