摘要 为了有效抑制煤矿井下粉尘的危害,特别是对呼吸性粉尘的治理,研制了一种可以实现连续、均匀、高效发泡的泡沫发泡器。介绍了泡沫形成原理和发泡器的发泡机理,应用欧拉-欧拉双流体模型,描述发泡器发泡过程的两相流动,模拟了发泡器内不同射流干扰距离和不同扩散角下速度分布和压力分布。由模拟结果可知:射流干扰距离为35 mm,扩散角为60°时有利于形成高效均匀的泡沫,该泡沫发泡器充分利用井下压力风和压力水,结构简单,安装方便,特别适合于煤矿井下降尘系统。 A foam generator which can achieve continuous,uniform and efficient foaming was developed for efficiently suppress dust harm in underground coal mine,especially for controlling respirable dust.The foam forming principle and foaming mechanism of it was discussed.The two-phase flow in the process of foamer foaming was described by using Eulerian-Eulerian two fluid approach.The distribution of velocity and pressure in the foam generator with different jet interference distances and diffusion angles was simulated.The results show that efficient and uniform foam is easy to develop when the jet interference distance is 35 mm and diffusion angle is 60°.The foam generator takes advantage of the pressure wind and pressure water in underground coal mine,its structure is simple and its installation is easy,particularly suitable for coal mine dust suppression systems.
