本煤层聚氨酯-预注浆-高压注浆封孔测压技术 被引量:13

摘要 煤层瓦斯压力测定是煤矿瓦斯防治基础工作之一,其理想的测定条件是穿层钻孔穿透岩层测压,但在井下实际工作中存在测压地点不具备施工穿层钻孔的条件,这就需要采用本煤层顺层钻孔测压技术。由于煤的松软、易破碎、多裂隙等特性,顺层钻孔封孔难度大,现有的测压方法并不适用于本煤层顺层钻孔测压。因此,提出了聚氨酯-预注浆-高压注浆封孔测压方法,并在白羊岭煤矿进行了现场实验,取得了较好的效果。 Coal seam gas pressure measurement is one of the basic work of coal mine gas prevention and control,the ideal measurement condition is wearing layer drilling manometry,but sometimes in the actual work it has not the conditions for the construction of wearing layer drilling,therefore it requires the coal seam bedding drilling manometry.Because coal is soft,easily broken and porous and it is difficult to seal the borehole in the coal seam,so the existing conventional manometry method is not applicable to the coal seam bedding drilling manometry.Therefore,polyurethane- pre-grouting- high pressure grouting sealing manometry was proposed and experiments were done in Baiyangling coal mine,which achieved good results.
