摘要
通过归纳分析现有松动圈测试技术及其优缺点,选择钻孔窥视仪与非金属超声探伤2种方法对典型动压巷道的松动范围进行了联合测试,深入分析了窥视图像与超声探测数据,通过测站布孔及数学方法确定了松动圈的破坏范围。研究结果表明:钻孔窥视法较为直观;非金属超声探伤测试数据易于分析。2种手段联合测试,可达到相互配合的效果,结合数学方法,可有效推测动压巷道的松动范围,为工程技术人员提供支护设计依据。
In order to more accurately obtain damage extent of loosing circle of surrounding rock in dynamic pressure roadway and determine reasonable supporting schemes,existing measuring techniques and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized and analyzed.The extent of loosing circle of surrounding rock of typical and dynamic pressure roadway was measured with the combination technique of borehole camera and the nonmetal ultrasonic flaw detection.Both images of borehole camera and data of nonmetal ultrasonic flaw detection were deeply analyzed.Damage extent of loosing circle are confirmed by measure holes and mathematics methods.Research results show that the technique of borehole camera is more visual and the technique of nonmetal ultrasonic flaw detection is easier analysis.The combination of both techniques can reach better coordination.Damage extent of loosing circle of surrounding rock of dynamic pressure roadway can be effectively speculated by using the mathematics method.The basis of supporting schemes will be provided to engineers by the determination of loosing extent.
