生物反馈联合酒石酸托特罗定治疗老年尿失禁效果观察 被引量:1

Effect of biofeedback combined with tolterodine in the treatment of senile urinary incontinence

摘要 目的评价生物反馈联合低剂量酒石酸托特罗定治疗老年尿失禁的临床疗效及安全性。方法80例老年尿失禁患者随机分为2组,每组各40例,治疗组采用生物反馈联合低剂量酒石酸托特罗定治疗,对照组给予酒石酸托特罗定口服,观察2组疗效及治疗前后国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表(ICI-Q-SF)评分和生活质量指数(QOL)评分。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为67.5%,治疗组不良反应发生率为15%,对照组为37.5%,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的ICI-Q-SF评分和QOL评分较治疗前均有降低,治疗组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈联合低剂量酒石酸托特罗定治疗老年尿失禁疗效显著,安全可靠。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of biofeedback in combination with low dose of tolterodine in the treatment of senile urinary incontinence. Methods Eighty elderly patients with urinary incontinence were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group received biofeedback in combination with oral small dose of tolterodine,and the control group was administered tolterodine. The clinical effects were observed and the scores of international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form( ICI-Q-SF) and the quality of life index( QOL) of two groups before and after treatment were recorded. Results Total effective rate was 90. 0% and67. 5% in the treatment group and the control group respectively( P〈0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in treatment group was 15%,compared with 37. 5% in the control group( P〈0. 05). ICI-Q-SF and QOL scores were decreased significantly in the two groups after treatment,and especially in the treatment group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Biofeedback combined with low dose of tolterodine in the treatment of senile urinary incontinence shows obvious therapeutic effect,safety and reliability.
