摘要
为研究旧料级配及其变异性对混合料性能的影响,对直接取样和通过4.75衄筛网筛分后的旧料进行了试验研究。结果表明,旧料级配波动引起再生沥青混合料级配控制困难且对再生混合料的稳定度产生不良的影响。通过4.75mm筛网后再取样的方法可以有效地控制旧料级配的波动,且降低对再生沥青混合料性能的影响。
Two experiments of direct sampling and sampling after 4.75mm sieve were prepareu for stuu- ying the effect of reclaimed asphalt pavement gradation and its variability on the mixture performance. The re- suits indicated that RAP gradation fluctuation caused the difficulty of eontroling recycled asphalt mixture grada- tion and the adverse impact on stability of recycled mixture. The method of sampling after 4. 75mm sieve could effectively control RAP gradation fluctuation and reduce adverse impact on recycled asphalt mixture perform- ance.
