时代背景要求共青团加快转型步伐,转型成败取决于是否能加强、巩固和青年群体的联系。客观、准确地了解当前青年对共青团组织形象的认知现状,有助于为共青团转型的方向、策略选择提供实证依据。针对当前共青团组织形象研究不足的现状,研究构建并检验了团组织形象的结构模型,开发团组织形象的测评量表。研究以高校共青团组织为对象,分析了组织形象用于共青团研究的可行性和独特性,提出高校共青团组织形象的组成构念,经探索性因素分析修订得到正式量表,经验证性因素分析对量表的信效度进行检验。最终编制了包含组织职能、成员、活动和关系形象4个维度18个题项的测评量表。

It is background that required League to accelerate the pace in transition. Whether the transformation successes or not depends on the strength and consolidation of the contact of youth groups. To have an objective and accurate understanding of the current status of cognitive on Youth League organizations is helpful for the direction of the transition of the Communist Youth League, and it also provides an empirical basis to the strategic choice. The paper studies the current image of the Communist Youth League organizations, builds and tests a Structural model of the organization, and develops a scale image of the organization. A study in College Youth League organized as an object, analyzes the image of the organization for the Communist Youth League and the uniqueness of the feasibility study, and presented the image of the Communist Youth League college composition constructs, exploratory factor analysis was officially revised scale, confirmatory factor analysis reliability and validity scales for testing. At last it includes organizational functions, membership, activities and relations image four dimensions of 18 questions items.
