企业基层共青团组织建设工作困境及对策思考

基层团组织是共青团全部工作和战斗力的基础。加强基层团组织建设,活跃基层共青团工作,是共青团完成各项任务的根本保证。目前不少企业基层团干部经验不够,待遇得不到保障;团组织活动资源缺乏、形式枯燥,不能很好地吸引青年。因此,企业基层团组织应选拔高素质的团干部,通过促进生产取得领导支持,通过助力青年成才吸引青年参与,从而提高企业基层团组织的生机与活力。

Community-level Communist Youth League organization is the foundation of all work and fighting capacity. It is the fundamental guarantee to complete various tasks by strengthening the building of community-level organization and activing community-level work. Some league cadres lack of experience and their treatments can not be guaranteed in enterprise. Because of lacking resources and boring form, activities can not attract youth very well. Grassroots organizations in enterprises should select high-quality cadres to enhancethe vitality and the vigor, through achieving leadership support by promoting production, attracting youth participation by helping youth becoming talented personnel.
