Develop a Non-Western Global Governance Scheme——The BRICS Cooperation and Transformation of World Order

金砖合作对目前和将来的全球治理与世界秩序有一定影响,但不能高估。尽管金砖合作冲击了现存全球治理,对世界秩序转型的意义也是明显的,但是,金砖合作仍然处在初始阶段,存在诸多不确定性和脆弱性,不宜夸大金砖合作对现存的全球治理(全球机构)的影响(无论是正面的还是负面的)。也就是说,在西方甚至中国等国家和地区存在的关于"‘新开发银行’和‘应急储备库’是对世界银行和国际货币基金组织的‘挑战’甚至‘替代’"的说法,是言之尚早的论调。

The BRICS cooperation is exerting and will continue to exert some influence on the global governance and world order, but its influence cannot be overestimated. Despite its impact on the existing global governance and its great significance intransformation of world order, the BRICS cooperation is still in the initial stage with many uncertainties and vulnerabilities, and people should not exaggerate its influence on the existing global governance（global institutions）, whether it is positive or negative. This means that it is still too early to say that ＂the New Development Bank and the ＇emergency reserve＇ are a ＇challenge＇ to and may ＇substitute＇ World Bank and the International Monetary Fund＂, yet this viewpoint has been expressed in the Westand even inother countries and regions, including China.
