Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用的调查研究

Investigation and analysis of use of antibiotics during perioperative period of typeⅠincision surgery

目的了解Ⅰ类切口手术患者预防使用抗菌药物情况,评价外科围手术期抗菌药物使用的管理成效。方法选取2011年6月-2013年6月医院Ⅰ类切口手术病历8 347份,分析抗菌药物使用率、用药时间、用药时机合理率,采用SPSS10.0统计软件对数据进行处理。结果Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物预防使用率由90.36%降至23.9%,呈不断下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),用药时间合理率由7.9%升至43.12%,用药时机合理率由0升至94.42%呈不断上升趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医院围手术期抗菌药物使用的管理成效显著。

OBJECTIVE To understand the status of prophylactic use of antibiotics for type Ⅰ incision surgery and evaluate the management of antibiotics usage during perioperative period .METHODS A total of 8 347 medical records concerning the type I incision surgery from Jun 2011 to Jun 2013 were selected ,then the utilization rate of antibiotics ,medication time and the rational timing of medication were analyzed ,and the data were statistically analyzed with the use of SPSS10 .0 software .RESULTS Antibiotic utilization rate for preventing type I incision infection dropped from 90 .36% to 23 .9% ,showing a declining trend ,the difference was significant （P〈0 .01） . The rate of reasonable medication time increased from 7 .9% to 43 .12% ,and the rate of reasonable timing for medication increased from 0 to 94 .42% ,showing an upward trend ,and the differences were significant （P〈0 .01 ） .CONCLUSIONS The use of antibiotics during the perioperative period has achieved significant improvement .
