医院感染管理质量持续改进工作策略的研究

Study on strategies for continuous improvement of hospital infection management quality

目的针对目前医院感染管理存在的主要问题,提出感染管理质量持续改进策略,提高管理水平。方法分析医院感染管理职能、管理模式、管理手段、梯队建设中存在的主要问题,提出感染管理向主动管理、循证管理、激励式管理转变的方法,充分发挥各级感染管理梯队的作用。结果感染管理的多元化形式可以丰富医院感染管理的内容和手段,加强医院感染循证管理的科学性,激发临床医务人员感染控制的能动性,强化专兼职感染管理人员的能力素质和职能发挥,提高三级感染管理的执行力和管理效能。结论通过感染管理理念的转变,感染管理平台建设的完善,感染管理体系作用的发挥,感染管理模式和手段的改变,培训方式多样化的运行,从多维的角度进行感染管理,综合感染管控策略的应用,对管理控制措施的有效执行和持续提高医院感染管理质量起到积极推动作用。

OBJECTIVE To put forward continuous corresponding strategies to improve the quality of infection management targeted at the main problems existing in the current infection management .METHODS With the analysis on the main problems in management function , management model , management method , and team construction of hospital infection , the article put forward the method of transformation to initiative infection management ,evidence-based management ,and incentive management in order to make the most use of each level of infection management team .RESULTS Diversified forms of infection management can enrich the content and the means of management ,enhance scientificness of evidence-based management ,motivate clinical staff＇s initiative , intensify the capability and give full play to the function of infection management staff and improve the implementation capability and the management efficiency of the three-level infection management .CONCLUSION With the change of infection management concept ,complete construction of infection management platform ,full play of infection management system ,changes in infection management mode and methods and multiple training forms ,multi-dimensional infection management and comprehensive corresponding strategies promoted the effective implementation of management measures and the continuous improvement of infection management quality .
