流程优化在消毒供应中心去污区质量管理中的成效

Effectiveness of process optimization in quality management of CSSD decontamination area

目的探讨流程优化在消毒供应中心(CSSD)去污区质量管理中的成效,使清洗消毒、灭菌物品的质量得到持续提高,达到有效预防与控制医院感染的发生,保证医疗安全。方法收集2012年6-12月实施前器械物品清洗质量监测18 455件,2013年1-6月实施后器械物品清洗质量监测18 665件,采用SPSS13.0软件对两组数据进行处理,通过分析进行针对性的流程优化。结果流程优化实施前钳类、窥器类、管腔类、腔镜类和湿化瓶合格率分别为94.67%、79.98%、82.67%、85.50%和98.98%;流程优化实施后合格率分别为97.73%、85.22%、90.00%、94.10%和99.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);上级主管部门检查评分、满意度、设备使用率等得到明显提高;环境湿度达到卫生行业标准要求,进一步证明优化流程在去污区质量管理中起到非常重要的作用。结论通过流程优化对消毒供应中心去污区进行质量管理,可达到质量的持续提高及保障医疗安全。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effectiveness of process optimization in quality management of decontamination area of central sterile supply department so as to continuously improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization of objects ,effectively control the nosocomial infections ,and ensure the medical safety .METHODS From Jun 2012 to Dec 2012 ,the monitoring of cleaning quality was performed for 18 455 objects before the implementation of quality management ;from Jan 2013 to Jun 2013 ,the monitoring of cleaning quality of 18 665 objects was carried out after the implementation of quality management ;the data of the two groups were statistically analyzed by using SPSS13 .0 software ,and targeted process optimization was conducted .RESULTS Before the implementation of process optimization ,the qualified rates of the pliers ,speculum ,lumen ,endoscopes , and humidification bottles were 94 .67% ,79 .98% ,82 .67% ,85 .50% ,and 98 .98% ,respectively ,while the qualified rates were 97 .73% ,85 .22% ,90 .00% ,94 .10% ,and 99 .37% ,respectively ,and there were significant difference （P〈0 .05） .The higher authorities′inspect score ,satisfaction ,and utilization rate of equipment were improved ;the environment humidification has met the standard of health industry ,indicating that the process optimization played a very important role in the quality management of decontamination area .CONCLUSION The implementation of the process optimization for the quality management of decontamination of CSSD can contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and ensure the medical safety .
