水稻高温胁迫下颖花败育机制及耐热品种开花特性研究进展 被引量:5

Research Advances on Mechanism of Spikelet Sterility under Heat Stress and Flowering Characteristics of Heat Tolerant Lines in Rice

摘要 全球气候变暖引发的局部地区极端高温,容易导致水稻颖花败育而减产,筛选耐热资源、选育耐热新品种是减轻高温危害的重要途径。概述了高温胁迫对水稻颖花发育的影响、高温导致颖花败育的生理生化机理和分子机制、已鉴定的部分耐热品种资源及其花药特征和开花特性,并对今后的耐高温研究进行了展望。 The extremely high temperature in local areas,caused by the increasing global warming,results easily in the abortion of spikelets in fertility and yield loss in rice. Identifying genetic resources with heat tolerance to develop heat tolerant varieties is a very important way to alleviate the heat damage in rice production. The authors reviewed the research advances from the aspects such as the effects of heat stress on the development of spikelets,the physiological and biochemical features and molecular mechanism of spikelet sterility under heat stress and the rice varieties or lines identified to be tolerant to high temperature and their flowering characteristics. The issues to be paid more attention to were also discussed for the future research of heat tolerance in rice.
