摘要
以华北地区某电厂的循环冷却水系统补充水为试验介质,以其凝汽器使用的HSn70-1A、HSn70-1B、BFe30_1_1 3种铜合金为试验对象,采用循环冷却水动态模拟、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试、电子显微镜(SEM)观察及金属表面元素分析(EDS法)的方法对2种药剂(A、B)的阻垢缓蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:现场循环冷却水浓缩倍率维持4倍时,2种药剂均可保障机组安全运行,其中药剂B的缓蚀效果较好。
The make-up water for the circulating cooling water system of a power plant in North China is taken as the test medium,and three kinds of copper alloy HSn70-1A,HSn70-1B,BFe30_1_1 used in the condenser are taken as the test object,dynamic simulation,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) tests,scanning of electron microscopy (SEM),and the metal surface element analysis(EDS methods) have been used for evaluating the scale inhibition capacity and corrosion inhibition capacity of the two agents(A and B). The results show that both kinds of agents A and B can ensure the save operation of the unit assembly ,when the circulating cooling water concentration ratio keeps at 4 times,but agent B has better corrosion inhibition effectiveness.
