清热凉血法治疗川崎病急性期临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of the heat-clearing and blood-cooling method in acute stage of kawasaki disease

目的观察清热凉血法治疗川崎病急性期临床疗效。方法将104例川崎病急性期患儿分为对照组72例和观察组32例。对照组确诊后立即给予大剂量丙种球蛋白静脉滴注,阿司匹林、潘生丁等药物口服,部分患者加用糖皮质激素;观察组在对照组基础上加用清热凉血方治疗,治疗1周后观察疗效。结果 2组治疗后WBC、CRP、ESR水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组间差异无统计学意义;PLT水平均上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中冠状动脉损伤(CAL)患儿治疗后WBC与CRP水平明显下降(P<0.05);2组CAL患儿治疗前后实验室指标差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清热凉血方治疗川崎病急性期具有一定疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the heat-clearing and blood-cooling method in acute stage of kawasaki disease. Methods One hundred and four children in acute stage of kawasaki disease were divided into a control group （72 cases） and an observation group （32 cases） . Intravenous infusion with large dose of gamma globulin was given immediately in the control group after confirmed diagnosis; meanwhile, aspirin, dipyridamole etc. were taken orally; part of patients were treated with glucocorticoid additionally. The observation group was treated with the heat-clearing and blood-cooling formula in addition in the basis of control group treatment. The efficacy was observed after 1 week of the treatment. R^ults The levels of WBC, CRP and ESR were significantly decreased in two groups after the treatment （P 〈 0. 05）, however, there was no difference between two groups. The level of PLT was increased with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The level of WBC and CRP in children with coronary artery lesions （CAL） of the observation group was apparently decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The difference value of experiment indexes in CAL children of two groups before and after the treatment was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion The heat-clearing and blood-cooling formula has a certain efficacy in treating the acute stage of kawasaki disease.
