薄层斜冠状位MRI对半月板后根部撕裂的诊断价值

摘要 膝关节半月板根部是半月板前后角附着于胫骨髁间棘前后方的重要结构，对保持半月板正常解剖位置和维持半月板功能起着关键作用。随着关节镜技术的推广，半月板根部损伤近几年巳受到广泛关注。常规MRI检查对半月板后根部撕裂有较高的敏感性，尤其是冠状面，但标准冠状位不能将半月板后根部显示于一副图像，或显示于一幅图像但容积效应明显。作者自2012年10月至2014月2月探讨薄层斜冠状位扫描对半月板后根部撕裂的诊断价值。
