摘要 提出了湿法超声机械镀Zn-Al复合镀层的工艺,采用湿法超声机械镀设备制备了Zn-Al复合镀层。采用金相显微镜、白光干涉仪、多功能扫描电子显微镜及其配备的能谱分析仪观察分析了镀层的结构形貌和镀层的化学成分。结果表明,在工件表面获得了一定厚度的锌-铝层,镀层主要由Zn、少量的Al、Sn和Fe构成,锌粉颗粒是镀层的主体,片状铝粉在镀层中分布不均匀;镀层表面细腻、均匀、平整,但镀层中铝的含量比施镀前混粉中铝的含量低。 The Ultrasonic-based Wet Mechanical Plating method was adopted to achieve Zn-Al coatings on metallic surfaces.Zn-Al coatings were made by the wet ultrasonic mechanical galvanizing techniques.The structure,morphology and chemical composition of mechanical plated Zn-Al coatings were observed and studied by metallographic microscope,white light interferometer,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer.The results showed that Zn-Al coatings with certain thickness were obtained on the surface of the samples.The coatings mainly consisted of zinc,a small amount of Al,Sn and Fe.Zinc was the main part of the coatings,while aluminum was not homogeneously distributed in the coatings.The surface of the coatings were fine,uniform and smooth,but the aluminum concentration was lower than that in the mixed powders before plating.
