摘要
利用差示扫描量热仪、炉温跟踪仪和激光粒度分布仪等设备对铝型材粉末涂料特性参数进行检测,分析了聚酯固化剂为异氰尿酸缩水甘油酯粉末涂料的固化过程,讨论了粉末涂料的玻璃化温度、颗粒粒径、固化过程温度与时间及涂料配方中助剂等因素对铝型材喷涂产品表面效果的影响.结果表明,获得较好的喷涂产品外观质量主要是控制固化时粉末涂料玻璃化温度Tg转变、熔融阶段,聚酯树脂玻璃化温度控制在60℃左右,颗粒粒径20~ 80 μm,铝型材预热熔融升温8min,交联固化θ为200℃,t为20 min,配方中助剂0.9%气相二氧化硅、0.6%左右安息香酸等,能避免粉末涂料固化成膜时针孔、桔皮及缩孔等表面弊病的发生,为获得较好的铝型材静电喷涂表面效果提供参考依据.
The characteristic parameters of the powder coating electrostatic painting for aluminum alloy profile were investigated by different scanning calorimetry (DSC),oven temperature tracker and laser particle size distribution instruments.The solidification process of polyester/TGIC powder coatings was analyzed.Effects of glass transition temperature (Tg),powder particle size,curing temperature,curing time and additives on the surface effects of the powder coatings were discussed.The results showed that products with better spraying appearance could be obtained by controlling the transition temperature and melting stage,controlling the polyester resin Tg at 60 ℃,the power coating particle size as 20 ~ 90 μm,the aluminum alloy profile preheating time as 8 min,crosslinking curing temperature at 200 ℃ and time as 20 min,the gas phase silica percentage composition as 0.9% and the benzoic acid as 0.6%,respectively.These could avoid the surface disadvantages occurring during the curing of power coatings to films,such as cratering,orange peel and pinholes,and provide an important reference basis for the good surface effect by aluminum electrostatic spraying.
