简述了连续式热镀锌退火炉的主要炉型和特点。结合天津冶金轧一华信制钢有限公司热镀锌退火炉的实际应用情况,分析了NOF法卧式连续退火炉在生产热轧钢带酸洗后,直接热镀锌的退火工艺及燃烧控制方法,并提出了退火炉的节能方法。
The paper briefly describes the main types and characteristics of continuous hot galvanizing annealing furnace.In combination with the actual application of hot galvanizing annealing furnace at Tianjin Metallurgy Zhayi Huaxin Steel-making Co.,Ltd.,the author analyzes the annealing process and combustion control method of direct hot galvanizing at NOF method horizontal continuous annealing furnace after the picking of hot rolling strip and puts forward the approaches for energy saving at annealing furnace.
