径向水平井技术可为低渗透、稠油、老油田复产和边际油气提供一种经济高效的开采途径。介绍了美国RDS(Radial Drilling Services)径向水平井技术的原理、工艺、设备、施工步骤及现场应用,分析了RDS径向水平井技术在低渗透井、低产井、稠油井和二次开发井中的应用效果。
The radial horizontal well technology can provide an economic and efficient recovery way for the development of low-per- meability reservoirs, heavy oil reservoirs, marginal oil reservoirs and old oilfields. The principle, technology, equipment, construction steps and field application of the radial horizontal well technology of America RDS （Radial Drilling Services） are introduced, and the application results of the radial horizontal well technology in the development of low permeability reservoirs, low production reservoirs and secondary development reservoirs are analyzed.
