摘要
在高温高密度聚磺钻井液体系中引入甲酸钾,既提高了主要抗温聚合物的抗温性能,从而减少了抗温聚合物加量,也减少了钻井液总的固相含量,同时还提高了钻井液的抑制性,这对于控制高温高密度钻井液的流变性能和减少材料方面都有重要意义。在中国南海东方气田的高温高压井应用的PDF-THERM体系中采用了这一方案,不但简化了原钻井液配方,使得钻井液性能更稳定,还减少了钻井液的总固相含量,优化了钻井液泥饼,有效地满足了钻井的需要。
The introduction of potassium formate into high temperature high density polymer sulfonate drilling fluid is of significance in improving the high temperature performance of the polymers used, and in enhancing the inhibitive capacity of the drilling fluid, which in turn, optimize the rheology and material consumption of the drilling fluid. In the drilling HTHP wells in Dangfang Gas Field, South China Sea, potassium formate was used in the PDF-THERM drilling fluid, a high temperature high density drilling fluid. The formulation of the PDF-THERM was not only simplified, the total solids of the drilling fluid were also reduced. The stability and the mud cake of the drilling fluid were both improved, satisfying the needs for HTHP drilling operation.
