摘要
利用近红外光谱技术测定蹼泳运动员无氧运动中局部骨骼肌肌氧变化情况,同时测定乳酸情况的变化及无氧运动过程中功率的变化,了解其体能现状,诊断运动时运动员的能量代谢特点及无氧工作的能力,为科学的制定训练计划提供理论与实践参考。
In this study,the aerobic and anaerobic capacity in skeletal muscle of fin swimmers were monitored during incremental exercises and wingate anaerobic test with near-infrared spectroscopy,and the correlation between blood lactate and HbO2 were also analyzed.The results will be important to assess physical situation,energy metabolism characteristics and anaerobic working capabilities of sport athletes,which may provide theoretical and practical reference for the scientific development of training plans.
