摘要
职后教育是企业取得长远发展的保障,以解决企业发展中存在的一系统问题为目标,具有针对性、层次性与多样性、非系统性等特点。文章以三一集团为例,重点介绍了职后教育的意义、特点及存在的问题与不足。
Post-career education is the guarantee for enterprises to obtain long-term development, in order to solve the problems of the system in enterprise development as the goal, targeted, hierarchy and diversity, not systemic, etc. Based on sany group as an example, this paper focuses on the significance of post-career education, the characteristics and existing problems and deficiencies.
