多站迷你面试(MMI)与医学生选拔
摘要
多站迷你面试(MMI)是加拿大麦克马斯特大学(McMaster University)医学院应用客观结构化临床考试的形式发展出来的一种招生面试模式。文章通过对MMI的研究和介绍,旨在为我国医学面试及能力评估提供新的思路和借鉴。
