影响中医高等教育发展质量的因素分析

The analysis of the factors affecting the quality of the Higher education of Chinese Medicine Development

近50多年的快速发展,中医高等教育一方面取得了令人瞩目的成绩,学校规模、在线生人数都发生了大的变化,另一方面也带来了令人担忧的人才培养质量的问题。为了能够培养出中医事业的接班人,而不是掘墓人,文章从青年教师教学水平、医学生、学校定位、管理机构、文化底蕴等几个方面进行了原因分析,帮助我们正确认识影响中医高等教育发展质量的基础性问题。

After nearly 50 years of rapid development, the higher education of Chinese medicine has achieved major breakthroughs in terms of school capacity and number of online students. On the other hand, the quality of education becomes a concern. In order to cultivate successors to the cause of Chinese medicine in spite of grave diggers, this paper tries to provide a glimpse into the reasons be- hind the quality concern by analyzing young teachers＇ teaching skills, medical students, school positioning, management organization, school culture and so on.
