摘要
人才培养质量是中医药院校发展的生命线,构建科学、高效的人才培养质量保障体系,对提高人才培养质量具有重要的意义。文章从人才培养质量保障体系的构建依据、构成要素、构建实施体会三个方面进行阐述,提出了构建我校人才培养质量保障体系的初步设想。
The quality of talent training is the lifeline of the development of Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Construction of scientific and efficient quality assurance system is vital to quality improvement of talent training. This paper analyzes from the aspects of basis for quality assurance system, its elements, and its implementation. It also puts forward preliminary proposals for the construction of quality assurance system of our university.
