医学生医患沟通能力培养的思考

Some thoughts on cultivating medical students' patient-doctor communication ability

由于传统生物医学模式的影响及中国国情的局限性,长期以来高等医学教育培养人才注重的是单纯的医学知识和技能,而忽视人文素养和实践能力的培养。文章从医学生医患沟通能力培养的现状、重要性和措施等方面进行分析和阐述,探索如何进行医学生医患沟通能力的培养,促进医患和谐发展。

Due to the impact of the traditional biomedical model and the limitations of current China＇ s national conditions, higher med- ical education has long focused on the training of medical knowledge and skills in China, while ignoring culture of humanities and prac- tical ability. In order to explore how to train doctor-patient communication skills of medical students, this paper elaborates on the im- portance, current situation and meausres we use to further promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
