摘要
"国家大学生创新性实验计划"给了大学生们施展才华的平台,不同专业的学生在统一规划的"大学生创新性实验计划"下,会遇到什么困难,并该如何解决?调查发现,文、理、工、医等专业学生由于其专业背景不同,具有的优劣势以及参与此计划的动力和获益皆不同。因此,高校在实施"大学生创新性实验计划"时,要采取多种宣传手段和鼓励措施,最大程度地发挥学生的积极性,同时因材施教、扬长避短,更好地培养大学生的创新意识和能力。
The “National University Student Innovation Program” offers a platform for college students to develop their talents. With the implementation of the program, what setbacks will students from different majors suffer in front of the unified guidance? How can we solve the problem? According to our survey, students from Art, Science, Engineering and Medicine have different advantages and dis- advantages. Same is true for their motivation and profits due to their different major background. Thus, colleges and universities are suggested to adopt multiplied measures of publicity and incentives to inspire the enthusiasm of students. Meanwhile, colleges should teach students in accordance of their aptitude, maximize favorable factors and minimize unfavorable ones, so that the consciousness and the ability of innovation can be fully cultivated.
